What information of mine does the customer see?
The customer will only see the email address that you provide. We never share your personal information with anyone.

Who pays the $5 service fee?
The customer pays this. This does not come out of your pocket at all. This fee is how we are able to grow and maintain the platform.

What are the fees?
We take a 15% fee of what you earn, which does not include the $5 service fee the customer pays. The 15% goes to cover our high-risk merchant processing fees.

When do I get paid?
We run a weekly pay period so you never need to request a payout or wonder when your money is coming. The pay period lasts from Sunday-Saturday. We send your earnings via direct deposit, electronic check, or through our partner the 3 Tuesdays later. Example: Pay period runs from March 17-March 23, the payout is delivered April 2. However, there may be a delay during certain bank holidays.

Can I use this if I'm not in the US?
Yes. Absolutely. Email us to discuss alternative payment methods to direct deposit. 

Can I sell my videos here?
This site does not provide content delivery. Any videos sold must be transferred using 3rd party services and receipt of delivery must be kept.

Why is there a $25 minimum on my products?
There's not! We were able to remove the minimum price for products!

How do I manage my site?
Once your account is created, you will be given a dashboard to log into for creating, pricing, and managing the items that you'd like customers to choose from. You can review your sales in real-time from here. You will also need to provide your preferred payout method, upload a profile image, and submit any missing information from here.


What information of mine does the person that I'm sending money to see?
They only see your email address. We never share personal information. If a shipping address is required for your purchase, we will help make sure the proper information is given.

What will show up on my bank statement?
We use our LLC name on your bank statement. Our LLC does have a discreet name that would not indicate that you paid a model. The name will not be shared here, as it would then be very easy to connect the dots through a simple internet search. Feel free to email our support team for details.

What type of card can I use?
Our processor accepts Visa and Mastercard.

How do I cancel my Snapchat Subscription?

No personal information of yours is ever stored by us. We use PCI compliant methods along with our merchant processing gateway to ensure your safety and security.
